What do I receive after an inquiry?

Our team discusses your brief and checks the proposed arrangements. Your written proposal should set out the itinerary, price, inclusions, exclusions and payment terms. An inquiry is not a booking. Start with an outline.

Can I compare costs before contacting you?

Yes. See Kilimanjaro starting prices and the safari cost guide. Mountain days, party size, service level and accommodation affect the final proposal. The written quote confirms your actual price.

Can you combine different experiences?

We can shape a proposal around mountain, safari, cultural and island travel. The sequence needs to account for journey times, recovery and flight connections. Share your total available days and the experiences you would most like to include.

How do I check Pinnacle before paying?

Visit our Trust Centre, read independent guest reviews and check the booking conditions. Your invoice must name Pinnacle Tanzania Operators Limited as the bank-account beneficiary. Verify any unexpected payment change using our published contacts.
