What we collect
Our enquiry and call-request forms collect the details you choose to provide, including your name, email, telephone number, proposed dates, party size, journey interests, accessibility or dietary needs and the message you write. The current forms prepare drafts in WhatsApp or your email app; opening a draft does not send your information to Pinnacle. We receive the message when you send it. Earlier website submissions may retain their enquiry reference, source and consent records.
Do not send passport numbers, payment-card details, medical records or information identifying children or patients through the website forms. If sensitive information becomes necessary for an agreed service, we will explain a more appropriate way to provide it.
Why we use it
- To answer your request and take the planning steps you ask us to take before a possible booking.
- To prepare and administer quotations, reservations and confirmed travel services.
- To maintain service, financial and legal records and protect the security of our systems.
- To understand which pages and campaigns generate enquiries when measurement is enabled.
We do not sell personal information. Separate permission will be requested before using your details for optional marketing that is unrelated to your enquiry.
Who may receive it
Access is limited to Pinnacle team members who need the information to respond. We use website-hosting, communications and operational service providers. When you ask us to arrange travel, relevant details may also be shared with selected accommodation, transport, guiding, activity, insurance or other suppliers, and with public authorities where the law or a confirmed service requires it. We share only what is reasonably needed.
Form consent, retention and security

It is not consent to unrelated marketing. Unbooked enquiry records are normally retained for up to 24 months after the last meaningful contact, unless you ask us to delete them sooner or a dispute or legal duty requires longer retention. Booking, payment and tax records are retained for the period required by applicable law and operational obligations. We use first-party server storage, access controls and encrypted web connections, but no online system can promise absolute security.
