How a booking becomes real
- You contact Pinnacle by WhatsApp or email. The planning form prepares a draft; press Send in the app to deliver it.
- Pinnacle reviews the dates, route, availability and operational fit.
- You receive a written proposal showing services, price, deposit, payment date and cancellation terms.
- You accept the terms and make the required verified payment.
- Pinnacle issues written confirmation.
Preparing an enquiry is free and does not reserve a service or commit you to a booking. Read the booking process and payment safeguards.
Safety and honest limits
All Pinnacle mountain guides assigned to Basic and Premium Kilimanjaro expeditions are WFR-certified. Both service levels carry emergency oxygen, pulse oximeters and mountain first-aid kits. Weather, wildlife, migration crossings, summit success, road conditions, flights and helicopter evacuation cannot be guaranteed. Guides and operators may change a plan where health, safety, park, authority or operational conditions require it. Travellers need appropriate insurance for the actual activities and evacuation exposure.
Independent reviews and industry links
Review platforms, associations, booking technology and public authorities serve different roles. Their logos do not mean the same thing and should not be read as a government guarantee of a private trip.
Crew responsibility
Pinnacle takes direct responsibility for its own crew-welfare standards. Guest tips are voluntary and separate from wages and company-funded welfare commitments. Published programme percentages and rules must match the expedition roster and the written internal records.
