Plan your Tanzania stay around the matches you intend to attend, rather than assuming every fixture will be in one country or city. CAF’s published guide says the exact finals schedule, venues and kick-off times will be announced separately. Use its current announcements to confirm your match plan.

AFCON 2027 Tanzania transfers
Request airport pickups, hotel journeys and match-day transport planning. Share your arrival airport, terminal, flight, hotel addresses and group size. We review Kilimanjaro, Dar es Salaam, Arusha and Zanzibar airport requests and the connections between them.
For stadium journeys, the confirmed venue, traffic restrictions and an agreed pickup and return point come first. Vehicles, fares, luggage space, waiting time and child seats are confirmed in the quote. A match-day enquiry is not a reserved vehicle or permission to enter a restricted zone.

Add a northern safari, a guided cycling ride, a cultural visit or a Zanzibar beach stay when the schedule leaves enough room. Serengeti and Ngorongoro need their own travel days; Zanzibar is a separate island connection, not a quick road detour.

For complex arrivals, nominate one person who can approve changes and keep traveller details current. Match tickets, accreditation, stadium access and official hospitality are outside Pinnacle’s independent travel service.

1. Confirm the football plan
Check CAF for the final draw, fixtures, venues, official ticket channels and match-day instructions. Share the matches you intend to attend; avoid treating a provisional fixture as a confirmed booking.
2. Choose the arrival and base
Match the airport and hotel to your confirmed venues. Share passenger numbers, luggage, arrival times and accessibility needs. Check entry documents for every country you will visit and the correct purpose of your trip.
3. Add a realistic extension
Use a spare day for an appropriate local experience, or reserve several days for a safari or island stay. Check flight baggage limits and leave room for traffic, flight changes and rest. We confirm the route and written terms before you book.

When is AFCON 2027?
CAF has announced 19 June–17 July 2027 for the finals, co-hosted by Tanzania, Kenya and Uganda. Check CAF for subsequent changes and the confirmed match schedule before making non-refundable arrangements.
Can Pinnacle arrange airport and stadium transfers?
Send your flights, hotels, group size and proposed match plans. We can review airport, hotel and match-day transport requests in Tanzania. Venue access, road restrictions, vehicle availability and the meeting point must be confirmed before a transfer is booked.
Are match tickets included?
No. This page offers independent travel planning, not official ticketing or hospitality. Use CAF and its authorised channels for tickets; a travel enquiry does not secure tournament admission.
Can I add a safari or Zanzibar?
Yes, we can design a separate safari, cycling ride or island extension around the available days. Keep travel days clear of match commitments, and confirm flights, baggage and cancellation terms before booking.
Can Pinnacle coordinate a private group?
Yes. Share the group size, rooming needs, flights, match plan and the person authorised to approve changes. We can quote coordinated transport, accommodation requests and pre- or post-match travel in Tanzania. Match tickets and official access remain separate.
Do I need separate entry documents for the three host countries?
Check each country’s current requirements for your passport and purpose of visit. Do not assume one visa covers the whole trip. Tanzania’s official Immigration portal and our visa guide are useful starting points for the Tanzania leg.
